  • Once we are into things, you will need to commit to weekly check in's, this is to see how we are progressing and gives the coach a chance to give you feedback and make any changes.

  • Analysis of your training exercises and improvements to form if needed

  • We take into consideration foods you do and dont like and your previous eating habits
